 Australian-born Jeffrey Branch is a highly respected hospitality professional whose industry experience from ground up is seen as invaluable in Hotel Operations.
Jeffrey has extensive general management experience in international hotels and properties including most recently, the opening of the Sebel Vanuatu in Port Vila; the Sebel Perth; Citigate Sebel Waterfront Resort and the award winning Sea Temple Resort & Spa Palm Cove in North Queensland.
He has significant experience in corporate and resort environments and is the former executive assistant manager of Le Lagon Resort Vanuatu and resident manger of Grand Hotel, Hurghada in Egypt as well as the Stamford Plaza Auckland. Jeffrey has also held senior management positions at other Australasian hotels.
A natural empathy with people combined with a professional, friendly business approach, saw Jeffrey study in and enter the hospitality industry in the early 1990s.
His hands-on operational experience is complemented by strong food and beverage management skills, human resource and yield management, policy and procedure implementation, budgeting and forecasts. He also has strong spa, retail and strata management experience.
Jeffrey holds a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from the University of New England in Australia.

Consulting Chef Chris Adams. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
 Chef Chris Adams has been in the hospitality industry since 1983 and held various executive chef and senior food and beverage management roles in Asia with IHC hotels. Like Jeff, Chris has extensive experience in the corporate and resort environments.
His most recent role was general manager of Dara Mayon Resort, Legazpi in the Philippines where he oversaw the pre-opening and opening of the resort and its four food and beverage outlets, 195 staff, health club, spa and conference facilities.
Prior to the Philippines, Chris was based in Shanghai where he was executive assistant manager of the Crowne Plaza Fudan which has been voted among the Top 10 Business Hotels in China.
Chris has also held food and beverage management and executive chef roles in Thailand, Beijing, Vietnam, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Zealand and Australia.
He has catered for some of the world’s biggest celebrities including John Travolta, Elizabeth Taylor, Neil Diamond, Chris O’Donnell and Chelsea Clinton.

Communications Specialist Jo Jalfon. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
 Jo Jalfon is a trained and experienced communications professional having worked for major hotels, corporates and public relations consultancies in New Zealand and the UK. A trained journalist, Jo has also edited hospitality industry magazines and continues to contribute articles to a range of publications from the finance to the tourism sectors.
Jo has successfully run her own public relations firm and provided consulting services to a number of restaurants and hotels including the Langham Hotel, Auckland. Other former clients include Air New Zealand, the Bolton Hotel Wellington, Novotel Rotorua and Auckland restaurants.
She has also worked in-house in PR and marketing management roles for Stamford Plaza Auckland and DB Breweries – the brewer of iconic Heineken.
Jo specialises in strategic, integrated communication solutions which utilise marketing and public relations elements.
She has a Bachelor of Arts from Massey University, New Zealand; a Diploma in Business (Marketing) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Diploma in Journalism from Wellington Polytechnic (New Zealand).
